Writing great C# code can be hard. But, by following some simple rules, you can make your code better. Here are 12 tips to help you write perfect C# code. Ready? Let’s go!

1. Name Things Well

Have you ever seen a project called ConsoleApplication8 and wondered what it does? Naming things well is important. Good names help others understand your code. Use names that make sense like GuestManagementConsole. Also, use PascalCase (capitalizing the first letter of each word).

2. One Class per File

Putting many classes in one file is messy. Put each class in its own file. This makes your code clean and easy to read. For example, put the Person class in Person.cs and the Guest class in Guest.cs.

3. Avoid Magic Numbers and Strings

Don’t use random numbers or strings in your code. Instead, use constants. This makes your code easier to understand. Use const or readonly.

4. Leverage Using Statements

Using the using statement can help you manage resources like files and connections. It makes sure they are closed properly. This makes your code more stable.
